About Dr. Addison Vitols

Dr. Addison Vitols grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Trumbull, Connecticut, where she developed a deep appreciation for New England and its close-knit communities. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut (go Huskies!) with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in French, reflecting both her strong scientific foundation and broad academic interests.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she received three academic and clinical awards in recognition of her excellence and dedication to patient care. During dental school, she met her fiancé, Dr. Sam Ratcliffe. Following graduation, Dr. Vitols completed a General Practice Residency at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut, where she trained alongside numerous dental specialists and gained extensive experience delivering comprehensive care in both clinical and hospital-based settings.

Dr. Vitols moved to Manchester Center in the summer of 2024 and has been practicing locally since. Her clinical interests include restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and extractions, with a strong focus on providing personalized, patient-centered care. She is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Vermont State Dental Society, and she is committed to continuing education and clinical excellence.

Outside of the office, Dr. Vitols enjoys spending her evenings on long outdoor walks around town or along Flatlanders Pass. She has loved exploring the hiking trails, ski mountains, and Pilates studios throughout Southern Vermont. During the winter months, she and Dr. Ratcliffe frequent Stratton, and they look forward to their wedding in June 2026 at the Inn at Manchester. Dr. Vitols is grateful to be joining and serving the Manchester community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
